i'm 4'10" too and i weigh 95 pounds, but no, you're perfectly fine.
idealy, if you're 5 feet, you should weigh 100 pounds, adding/subtacting 5 pounds for every inch you're above it or below it.
so 100 - (2)(5) = 90
but if you have a small frame, subtract 10 percent (81), and if you have a large frame, add 10 percent (99)
not that this "ideal" weight thing is actually true, it just sets up a range.
small frame - wrist circumference = less than 5.5 inches
medium frame = 5.5 - 5.75 inches
large frame = more than 5.75 inches
however, if you STILL want to lose some weight, try losing inches instead. so by doing some strengthtraining exercises (push ups, walking up stairs, leg lifts, squats), you can lose inches while gaining more muscle so you end up looking smaller, but you can eat more because muscle burns more calories than fat.

Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span.

Your BMI is 18.8 so you sound normal :)
However, depending on your bone frame and body fat content, you might *appear* overweight. So you would benefit from weight training... it won't make you lose fat (you probably don't need to) but will improve the way you look.
Good luck
