No caffeine means not only coffee, tea, and energy drinks, but also hot chocolate, cola, Mountain Dew, chocolate candy, etc.

Hopefully you will not take illegal, prescription, or over-the-counter drugs to keep you awake.

The only "good" reason to stay up for all those hours would be if you have been staying up too late and waking up too late--to try to change your hours around. Cool showers, fresh air, exercise, seeing friends, eating healthy foods, and keeping yourself busy should keep you up. If you feel yourself getting drowsy--get out into the air again, or into another cool shower.

Wake up early and get ready to go back home from a vacation. Arrive at the airport that evening and have your flight cancelled four times. Arrive home the next day in the evening at 6:00p.m. from the airport.
Your flight was suppose to leave last night. You spend the night at the airport trying to get home. The ticket office opens at 3:30 A.M. and you are the second person in line to rearrange your flight to get home only to have the 6:00 A.M. flight cancel before 5:00 A.M.
That's how you stay up all night and all the next day during your vacation. Now you need another vacation from staying up all night and the next day!

You have to keep active all night. It is hard to do, but you can do it if you have a graveyard job. The body wants to shut down at night and stay awake in the day.
Bright lights help.

No caffeine? There goes my recommendation. Other things you can try: eating, keeping yoursellf active (mentally and physically), taking a shower if you're getting dozy is supposed to work, listening to music, pretty much anything.
