They shouldn't. If they are your friends, then they are your friends. You will have many different guys that you will have to spend time with in your life that aren't your boyfriend. If your boyfriend has issues with this, then a maturity check is in order.
On the phone depends on what you are saying and why you are talking I guess. If you ware talking about making a date, then yeah, that would be a problem, but if it's a question about homework, that's more innocent.

As long as she's not dressing like a total S L U T, then I don't really care =) Anything too revealing though is a big NO NO. Bunny suits are much preffered =)

Oh definately, I mean if you really liked someone and you found out they were talking and flirting around another guy/girl at school, you would be jealous.

i hate it when i find my ex love, or whatever, talking to other girls. It makes me mad, not jealous, and i give up. I am not nice when ppl r near me when i witness this. If i know its not flirting, i guess its okay, but i a little more intimate? i find another guy and focus on him, hopefully he likes it back. i know its immature but i cant help it.

its ok for them to as long as its not flirting. the only people that would care are people who are insecure about themselves and dont trust the other person
