take it slowly. i am petrified of heights, and had a theater professor who told me to get over it, or find another career. everytime i go to a mall or a building that is more than 1 story, i have to just go to a railing and look down. you might just have to push yourself.

The best way to overcome fear of heights is to go to the top of the building and look downs repeatedly. You might want to have someone accompany to give you encouragement. Its works for some people

I think the best way to conquer any fear is to face it head on. Have a close friend or family member go with you to something you are scared of (for example: roller coaster) and you will soon see there is nothing to fear but fear itself.
