If you're under 16, don't do harm to your body, by taking diet supplements. If you're trying to lose weight, first off, make sure you're doing it for yourself, and not someone else. Set a goal weight, and eat the right foods, as opposed to eating fast food, or fried dishes. Exercise also has to be involved. Otherwise, by changing your diet, you'll just be losing water weight, which can very easily be gained back. Exercise (aerobic), is the only way to burn the "bad" fats that is stored in your body.

Years in the past, some human beings died because of a poisonous chemical that changed into in a shipment of organic supplementations. The chemical wasn't meant to be there. It turned right into a an infection from production. The FDA all started speaking about requiring particular criteria for organic supplementations to be sure they did not get contaminated in production. They were not providing to do any sorting out to be certain if organic supplementations worked. The supplement makers and the shops that bought them all started a grass-roots marketing campaign to foyer Congress to bypass a regulation conserving the FDA far flung from organic supplementations. So now, as long as you do not make medical claims, that's a supplement, and the FDA won't be able to require any sorting out to be sure that's useful.

I think if you go to Wal Mart or Wal Greens you can probably look at the huge selection on *diet pills* that those stores have to offer, and I bet that you could purchase ANY of them, no matter waht your age is. I dount they'll check your i.d. to purchase a diet product.
Go to the store and *test* them to see if they check for i.d. or not.
Good Luck, Hun.
