I forget to mention I also have a fever and where they pulled my teeth at I had an infection and when my dentist pulled the teeth he said I still had a little bit of infection there but I have been on antibiotics for like over 2 weeks.

The gums around the extraction sites were compressed with quite a bit of force. The purplish color you see is bruising, not an infection, and is normal. The pink color that you see around the gums of your remaining teeth will return in a few weeks, after the extraction sites have healed. Good luck, and I hope this helps. If you notice a whitish discharge or swelling from the extraction sites, you may have an infection. From your description, it sounds like all is well. Fell better soon.

Your front gums are probably a bit bruised- and it sounds like you need to brush the rest of your teeth and gums- sometimes when not brushed they turn pale and white- take some ibuprofen if your liver is good- and a cold pack to the gums will help= if you have a fever- call your dentist for antibiotics=D

I agree with all above.
The white skin may be damaged skin simply sloughing off and is of no concern. You do not have an infection, and further antibiotics are not required.
Take ibuprofen or other NSAIDs, perhaps in combination with codeine for added pain relief and to help you sleep at night.

If you are on antibiotics and you have a fever, given that you just had extractions it VERY probably means that your body is working at healing.

Fever is a way to speed the healing process up.
