Does Zweibeiner, mean anything other than two footed in English?

This is not from du hast...........its from buch dich.........i know all of the double meanings in the later....hence the question....does Zweibeiner mean anything else? slang wise, or other wise

I only know it to mean "two-legged." I do not know of any other meaning.

I believe it means 'human being'.
