There are two very important charities that I am working for and would like this Gentleman to donate to. Last year he donate nearly 3 million to the charities. However, he has mentioned that he would make a HUGE contribution this year if he could have one last fling. Are there any legal issues with this and should the money be deposited before or after the act?

These are very important charities for humanity. It's only sex, I'm not losing my virginity for the first time. You should always sacrifice yourself for others, that is what the world is about good deeds. This man, is good for the money. 20 million is a large amount and can help millions of women out there.

Well, the deal is done, he donated the money this morning and he asked me to morning him after that. What a gentelman, he said he would have donated the money and he knew that was not a propriate proposition.

The needs of the many always out way the needs of the few. All these people telling you that it is prostitution are nuts. What is the difference between that and a gal going to a bar and the first person that buys her a drink she sleeps with...the difference is that they are sluts because they did it for their own pleasure you are doing it for the greater good. We must always sacrifice our selves, Jesus could have easily saved himself multiple times but he sacrificed himself for the many, or at least that was his plan. You can not be arrested for prostitution because it is not. In this country 95% of girls and ladies are prostitutes and nearly 100% percent are johns. We take them out to bars, clubs, by the rings, but they are all doing it because they are selfish. You are trying to save the people, and that is what its all about. Heck yeh, I would do something that a few morons would look down at if I could better the world. If all the money does go to charity no way could it be P, since it is not your charity, you dont need to worry.

Well,,,, If you do make sure the $$$ are deposited first.
Now ask yourself this question, Why would you want to sleep with him??? Because some one else will benefit from your sacrifice?
How will you feel the day after? Once he has had you will he try to buy you again.
Why would he donate a large sum for you when he obviously can afford a pro at a lesser amount but that wouldn't be tax deductible.
He's looking at it as a tax deduction and your looking at it as a personal sacrifice for humanity.
If you think you can pull it off and look yourself in the mirror tomorrow go for it but just have fun he gets what he wants and you get the shaft, in a friendly way ;)

Why can't he donate to charity just because he can? Too simple?

That's a question I really can't answer--but if you do, you'd better have acertified check in your hadn BEFORE--because you sure cant trust scum like that.
Personally, I'd be tempted to make a tape and get this dirtbag to repeat his offer--but say no. Then turn it over to the press. Discrediting people like that is doing the community a real service that will do more good than taking his money anyway. But I don't recommend this--it might be dangerous--you are dealing with someone with no morals.

you want to opt for a charity that has very low overhead, in different words, the overall public of its money is geared to the point for which it grow to be created, no longer in adminstrative prices, salaries, and so on. also one which archives accepted 990s with the IRS. celeb foundations many times are not any further a good flow, yet you should finish a touch due diligence.

Hey.. comeon think this one out like someone who ISNT blonde.
1) Lets say he says he is going to donate a piddling $10,000 for one last fling.
2) Do you have any idea of how many World class hookers he could have for that kind of money. I mean we are talking a couple of women at once and who are required to know life saving simply because of the number of coronarys that they generate.
all kidding aside, the concept that he would donate that sort of money for just and evening with you is simply not realistic. He is going to scam you or short change the donation some how. And then what are YOU going to do.,

Just be sure and practice safe sex. I can see no legal ramifications unless he gives you the money directly or of you benefit monetarily somehow.
