how do i get my boyfriend to realize i'm not as attatched to him as he thinks i am. I love him, and I care about him and have dating him for about a year. But he thinks I would basically die if me and him were not together. Sometimes he treats me like crap thinking he'll get away with it.. and its getting to the point were i might not want to take it anymore. how do i make him realize that i wont continue to put up with it. because every time i have thrown out breaking up with him he doesn't take it seriously.

maybe you should talk to him about how you feel and if he doesn't take it seriously, tell him you want a break, either that will make him realise he has to work on things, or he will walk, and if he walks, is it really a loss, if he can't respect you then you can only find better out there

Move on girl... I've been there...but isn't it funny how a guy can treat you like crap and then wonder why you don't want to look in their face everyday afterwards or be with them like you use to?..Put your foot down and let him know you wont take any crap from him if he's still acting up..well just cut him off!...the more you take from him, the more he'll put on you meaning the worse he will treat you

you have to take your chances, since you have tried to talk to him and he doesn't take you seriously and you not tha attached then shake his a** and get a new one. But if you in love and it will hurt to leave then I guess you will be taking the bull.

You're already taking it. Next time he asks you out, don't go. Tell him you want someone who respects you.
