It's dull until I try to move my head in any direction other than like straight forward, then its like a sharp pain. The only way I can think to describe it is how your legs feel after a long day of walking, and then someone like grabbing and pulling at you. I'm not sure but I think its swollen too. I haven't done anything strenuous the past couple of week, and it just started hurting today when I woke up. CAN YOU GUYS PLEASE TELL ME WHATS UP AND WHAT I CAN DO TO GET SOME RELIEF?

It is due to unbalancing of Vital Energy in your body and there is no medicine to correct it. Therefore there is treatment only with Alternate Medicine Systems.
Acupuncture is the best treatment. Your symptoms indicate problem in your small intestine energy.
Yog can solve it provided you get a good Guru.
You just try salads and fruits by minimising nonveg. and spices as well as stale foods. Eat fresh foods.

Aleve will work wonders. A Ben Gay patch should help. Don't put heat on it...it wil make it worse. Cold should be okay. Stretch it after you shower and are warm.
