First of all, try to relax.
Is there anyone around right now, family or friends, that can sit with you and keep you company through the night? I don't think you should be alone if you have been feeling suicidal.
See if someone can drive you to the hospital. If you can't get a ride, try to get some rest. Call 911 if you faint/lose consciousness or start vomiting uncontrollably.
Do not take extra meds to try to get "caught up" for the doses you missed. Just continue taking them at your regularly scheduled times.

Well for the first thing you are feeling this way cause you missed a few doses of your meds. You have to stay on them, or you will get those really high highs, and low lows, which it sounds like you are doing now. So make sure that you have started back on the medication , and this time stay on it, and do not miss a dose, it is really important for people with this disorder to take their medication when they are suppose to . If you are not feeling better soon, i would go to a hospital ER and tell them that you have missed some of your med's and you are feeling sick, and tell them some of the things like the speeding you are feeling. They can help you. They may tell you to be sure not to do this again, to stay on your medication like you should. But that isn't such a bad thing .

FIrst of all, dont be scared Its gonna be fine. This kinda happened to me a little while ago, I found out some bad things about my bf and I had to be prescrIbed Paxil. I missed a dose or two and my body had started to like reject it. My doctor told me to take more and it made it worse. Just do things that make you really happy and get out of the house and have fun. Make yourself. Chances are it might be a head thing. You might just need to change your schedule around or just chill out until you regulate your dosage. Its easier said than done, I know first hand. Keep telling yourself everything is going to be ok because it is. Thats what helped me and having people around me that made me happy. Youll be fine. I promise.

The doctor who prescribed your meds for bipolar obviously gave you his beeper number or a phone numb of an answering service that always picks up. Page him/her now and describe the situation. Do not let the answering service deflct you. If they promise s/he'll call you back, give him half an hour. It could be that s/he is unavailable but someone else will always be on call.

don't drink while taking your meds. call the doctor, and stay hydrated. take your pills at the normal time, and let the doctor know if you are throwing them up. if anything, go to the ER. The doctor there will know what to do.

I would call your doctor first. Let him/her know whats going on with you. Alert your parents that you aren't feeling well so they know to keep an eye on you. If you're having any thoughts on suicide you need to let someone know. Take care of yourself.
