one that contains ephedra or ephedrine. Good luck finding one though. It's not impossible, just difficult to find. I lost 85 lbs in 4 months, and did not exercise and ate when and what ever i felt like. I didn't eat much though it suppresses your appetite tremendously.

None. Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span.

Diet and Exercise. ;)

It's all about raising your metabolism (which regular exercise does it naturally and some types of yoga like 'Bikram Yoga' are great for this). Otherwise, stimulants can do it for you -- from mild substances like green tea and sugar-free energy drinks to the potent (and now restricted) ephedrine.

I've had success with the combination of Ephedrine, Caffeine, and Aspirin (ECA), more details can be found at the link above.

For less invasive lifestyle changes check out 'Body For Life' (a book).

I was taking Tetrazene and I've lost a decent amount of weight on that, now I just started taking Venom. It gives me ton of energy for my trips to the gym. stay away from trimspa, leptrill etc, most of those suck. Go online and do some research, there are some good ones out there.

They just had a speical on this on the news about two doctors who study fat, not just the body fat. But they called it blubber fat. the kind you get around your waist. woman should not be more then 36 inches around and men 40 inches around. they said the best weight loss is knowledge, not portion size, not diets. they dont want you to look at it as a diet your more likely to fail, they want you to look at it as a education. 1-eat the samething everyday for breakfast and lunch (it is better for weight control) 2- chili peppers at breakfast you will eat less lunch 3- 3 meals no fat/or saturated fat no corn syrup no flour in rich eat whole grain and 3 snacks such as nuts yogert and fruit # a hand full of almonds 20mins before lunch will trick you body into thinking its almost full. you can veiw all about this and more on the show 20/20 date Jan. 11, 2007( abcnews20/20.com)or http://abcnews.go.com/Health/story?id=2784392&page=1) — When most people think about weight loss, they think about the numbers on the scale. They think that loading their shopping baskets full of low-fat and nonfat foods and stepping up their exercise plan will help them win the battle of the bulge. the "biology of blubber" as they call it — with the belief that once we understand how our bodies process and store fat, we'll be better able to identify and control our weight-gaining tendencies. Testing the Theory Jodi Hazan knows all about weight-gaining tendencies. By age 32, she had tried more than 20 different diet plans and products, but nothing seemed to work long term. At 5 feet, 2 inches tall, the busy New York salon owner weighed more than 200 pounds and admits she was basically in denial about her excessive weight gain.
Another New Yorker, Michelle Bouchard, faced a similar challenge. A 40-something single mother and former model, Bouchard fought her own battle with unsuccessful weight loss. The weight she gained during her last pregnancy had veered out of control, and Bouchard, normally a svelte size 8, found herself wearing size 14 clothing.
In an effort to regain her single-digit size, Bouchard tried everything from the latest fads in meal plans to good old-fashioned juice diets, but each one ended in failure.
'It's Not a Diet, It's an Education'
"Most diets are like trying to hold your breath underwater," "and how long can you hold it before you come up gasping or gulping for that food? What to do is teach people why it's important to know about food, and how your body works, so that you could get something that worked for you forever."
these two frustrated women and countless other TV viewers exactly how to do this last May, on a Discovery Health Channel documentary named after their best-selling book.
The doctors spent 90 days reprogramming the women's thoughts about food and eating habits, giving them a thorough education on how to read labels and prepare healthy meals. They even cooked with the women in the kitchen. The end results? Resounding success.
But anyone can stay on a diet for the short term. "20/20" picked up the story to see how well the diet worked once the cameras stopped rolling.
Today Bouchard and Hazan look and feel like new women, having lost 27 pounds, and 43 pounds, respectively. And, perhaps more important, each lost at least 10 inches from their waistlines.
Oz and Roizen carefully point out that an expansive waistline is the true indicator of excessive weight, and that educated dieters should gauge their success by inches lost rather than pounds on the scale.
According to Bouchard, followers of the "You: On a Diet" program are anything but dieters, and the program is far from a diet.

"This program is an education," she explained. "It's not a diet, it's an education."

IF IN YOUR AREA!!!! (see below)

None of them, unless by working the best you mean the best at putting you 6 feet under.

There are none. There are some appetite suppresents but those have horrible side effects. Diet and exercise are the best...actually more exercise than anything. Just be careful.
