No. Fossils were created in a catastrophic burying of plants and animals. Obviously, a flood would serve this purpose. Fossils were not buried over thousands of millions of years. They had to be buried very fast, or they would have decomposed. Considering how many there are, it was quite a huge, world-wide catastrophe.

I don't know where the idea of millions of years comes from, other than the fact that nobody has ever seen any trace of evolution, it would have had to take millions of years. It that isn't circular reasoning, I'm a navel orange.
