I had a crush on a guy I work with and then I found out he's gay.. he knew that I liked him and said that we could still be friends..I got his number and I texted him a few times and recently we kinda became good friends..or so I thought. We hung out for a little bit last weekend and when he left he said that we could do it again sometime, but since then he's hardly talked to me. When I text him he doesn't text me back and when he does it's kinda just a quick text. I asked him if he was upset at me for something and he told me that he's not, but I can't help but feel like he's not telling me something..then I find out from 2 different people that he's decided to go straight but he wants to wait until he moves away so that he doesn't ruin his "rep". What do I do??

Give him space. If he wants you as a friend or other, he will let you know. You've proven you can and want to be friends. Give him space. He will likely be back. And if he really is gay, he doesn't get to decide to go straight. He can play straight and end up hurting some woman down the road, but once gay, always gay.

Apparently this guy doesn't know what he really wants. I would just wait and see, or talk to him. Maybe he feels like he needs to back away from you because you told him you like him, he told you he was gay, then decided he wasn't, but maybe he doesn't have that type of feelings for you. Talking is the best thing. At least I think!!! Good Luck.

He doesnt know what he wants or maybe he do and he is just playing you. Either way don't waste your time on a guy gay or straight that doesnt know what he wants.
