Internet download limit?

My internet service provider provides me only 1 GB download per month. But they dont' have any facility through which I can know how much I have downloaded so far. I have a fear I will go over budget. Is there any software which keeps the record of all downloaded data??? Please help me guys!!!!!

You can see the file size of any file by opening the folder - click View, choose details. You will see what I mean.

get the internet providers home page and it will be in that under ACCOUNTS
