I do believe that the end times are so close, I mean that we as Christian's and all other religions are going to be challenged, by our faiths with God the father...Huge discussion here in my home, I am really interested in you thoughts, with what is happening today in Iraq.Iran.China.North Korea. and USA?

. there will be wars and rumors of wars. but back in 70 ad I'm sure the first Christians thought it was the end.when the Romans trashed Jerusalem. and in the end day knowledge will increase and man will move to and fro quickly. this self absorb society has to come to an end, something got to give. but how this is going to come about i not sure.but I'm sure god will fulfill he's plan for mankind

You have to consider the fact that there have always been global problems during every generation for the past several thousand years. Now isn't much different from back then.
I just realized; could it be a nifty trick by the writers (or God's word, to be fair) to give people of every generation hope that the rapture is near or fear for those who should convert? Maybe. Personally, I'm not worried about the 'end times'.

the president of Iran says he wants to "wipe Israel of the face of the earth"...the end is near, I believe that Russia will lead the arab nations in an invasion of Israel, and that will start WW3, known as the war of "God and Magog" in the book of Ezekiel. North Korea has nukes also. The final war will be, because of Israel, and it is happening already, as radical islamists want to take over the world, they want to defeat Israel and the USA>
