uhh so..i just wanna be brief and stuff. whats the best way to let this girl kno that even with all the stuff thats happened to both of us, i want her to kno that ive never fallen for a girl like this ever before..but i cnt just ask cus i have no freakin clue if she feels the same way you kno..what do i do?

Even though you have no clue if she feels the same way you do, you do know how you feel, and the best and only way is to let this girl know before another guy does. Nothing ventured, nothing gained you know.
Do not write it in a note. Either leave a message on her voice mail or bring it up casually the next time you see her and no one else is around. Use your own words, which were perfect: "I want you to know even with all the stuff that's happened to the both of us I've never fallen for a girl like this before". Then smile at her looking into her eyes, not on the floor, and say nothing. The ball will be in her court then and it will be up to her to either keep it or throw it back to you.
Practice saying it slowly and calmly, over and over again, until the words flow comfortably, then when you see her it will be easier for you to do. Don't repeat it or bring it up unless she does. Then you will have a clue if she feels the same way you do.
If she doesn't bring it up just continue behaving as you always have as if you had never said it. If she takes your lead, nature will take it's course, and things will flow naturally between the two of you.

Based on how the question was posed and the type of question that it is I would have to say that you are very young.
Now I do not say that as a bad thing.. BUT when you get older you will remember this response.
Take things 1 day at a time. Believe it or not this is NOT the girl that you are going to marry. I know you might say now "IT Could be" OR "I have never felt this way before"
We all had these feelings growing up and all have had to deal with these situations.
All I can say is take it 1 day at a time and the best way to hang on the something is to not hang on too tight ... If you smother something it dies. You have a long way to go and there will be many women along the way....
