Believe it or not as cute as I am this has happened to me.When it does happen I feel like I'm an inch tall and I feel embarressed that asked in first place.I think that I have blown allot of opertunitys to meet and date some really nice women because I was afraid to ask because I didn't want to feel bad.Any sugesstions as to how I could stop letting this bother me .

Honestly I think the only way to get over this phobia is to get some girl to say yes. Cause once a girl says yes you'll feel like you're back on the top of the world and the top of your game. So just keep asking and if the say no really loud just say no I will not make out with you even louder. Actually don't just say something really hot like you don't know the mistake you just made. or take a good look cause you'll never see these good looks again.

It happens to everyone, so you're not alone. Just think of it like this, if that person said no, she was obviously not right for you. Better to find out quickly then to date her for a long time and fall in love and have her break up and rip your heart out.

They are not all going to say yes, no matter how smooth or suave you are. I don't know anyone that likes to be rejected, but you have to use it as a learnig experience. Try different approaches, if it doesn't work, try something else. You never know until you try!! Good Luck
