It depends, how often you do this? and why you do this? There is a danger of becoming an alcoholic, and esp. if it runs in your family at all! There is such a thing as a maintenance alcoholic, and that is what they do. Every night before going to bed, or after something strenuous, they have to have that beer.
Do you have to have it? Can you go to sleep without the beer? Can you go exercise, and have just water, coke, iced tea, or something else, and be okay with that? IF not, then you may have a problem.

Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span. For best results one shud do workouts on empty stomach. Do u not feel most energetic when u wake up in the morning?

no on either.
Eating before you go to bed causes fat buildup. Not muscle, not good mass... fat.
Eat something healthy and protein laden after a workout, if trying to build muscle. but not for several hours before bed. A good breakfast is the better option if you work out late.
