Please translate to English. What is that in pounds and inches? Okay, let's see, 164 cm is about 5'5" and 60 kg is about 132+lbs. So I think that is a good weight for a teen age girl of your age. I would check with a doctor, but that sounds good to me. Of course if I knew what you looked like that would help, but you are still growing too, so don't worry too much about it now. It might help to look at your parents and see what they look like. What scale are you judging your BMI to?

Weight and age have nothing to do with one another. Weight and height do, and you're spot on for your height.
