Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span.

You can't slim down a specific body part. you can only lose fat over the whole body. You can, however, tone up your forearms, by doing forearm specific exercises. Any weightlifting exercising involving lifting with the arms works the forearms-they come into oplay when you grip. But to target them, try wrist curls, hammer curls, and farmer's walks. Go to www.bodybuilding.com and they'll explain exactly how to do them, and even show pictures. Don't be scared off by the bodybuilding part. i'm not a bodybuilder either, but the site remains useful for info on weightlifting exercises. Incidentally, they have really good prices on supplements l;ike vitamins and such. Good Luck!

You could try working out with 4-5lb. weights to tone your
arms. We use Seaweed Soap in our house as it has
ingredients that are supposed to break down fat cells
in the body. You can find that soap at most GNC or
any health food stores. GL
