Just be nice to him and try to make things as easy for him as possible and he will be the most happy with you.

My fiance's birthday just passed and his car got stolen and I wanted to do something sweet for him. So after work, I went a store and bought some lingere , some candles, cupcakes and balloons. I blew up the balloons and laid them around the house, put on some soft music, and when he came home, I greeted him with the lingere on with a cup cake with a candle in it singing Happy Birhtday. Then I gave a long massage, he opened presents, we watched a movie , had popcorn, then we played card s and other games. You can always find something to do at your house.Yall could bake a cake together, or take a walk around the block, ride bikes, play basketball. My fiance( before either of us could drive) would walk a mile to my house everyday and I would walk to his and we always just had fun being with each other.

I don't remember anybody saying that you have to have a car to be romantic. If that's the rules I broke them a thousand times.
Imagination is romantic. Smarts are sexy.

cook him a nice meal, take a walk(take a bus) to the park watch the sun set..you two haven't seen each other in a while so you have a lot to talk about.. find one thing spontaneous to do.. surprise him.. it makes for an interesting date.. but most of all have fun and know its ya'lls time..

most romantic thing a person has done for me..
she didnt have a car and I did. I went over to her house and on her porch, she had a blanket laid out with some soft music and candles.. pillows... we had wine, cheese, grapes.. danced and talked... then fell asleep in eachothers arms..

You can invite him over at a specific time. You can cook a nice lil dinner and rent a movie or two. When he comes over have dinner ready and served at your candle lit table and after you guys finish eating you can watch a movie together.

You plan something romantic, and he can do the driving. Plan it out, and just have him show up and direct him where to go.
