You type "pkzipfix" then press enter. It will display a bunch of text describing the correct command syntax.
Also, it is convenient to put the zip file to be repaired into the same directory where pkzipfix.exe is located.

New info: Rather than using pkzipfix, you can use Winrar to handle zip files. It is a window-based software and is free. Just download "WinRAR 3.70 beta 1" then install the software (by running the downloaded '.exe' file). After you complete the installation process, run the application. The Winrar window has an option to select and "Repair" a zip file. It is very easy to use. See the download link below.

I use Pantene and Fructis on my dogs. No harm at all. Just rinse well. I've used mostly human or horse products on my dogs, for the past 40 years as a professional in the dog world, and before that as a kid. I never have seen negative results in over 350 dogs. Just rinse the coat well..as you should with any shampoo. Added: Dawn is good for emergencies, such as a dog getting into something oily. But it strips the skin oils a bit too well. When I had to use it to get rid of motor oil on my dogs, they got dandruff from dry skin. From Dr Mike>(quoted) I saw a study once, which was a review of the ingredients of various pet and people shampoos, as well as a test of factors like pH and eye irritation. In the study, the authors could find no significant differences between pet shampoos and people shampoos. So I tell my clients to use whatever they like, or have on hand. I am sure that some shampoos work better on any particular dog than others but that the brands that work well for that one dog may not be the best for another dog. I think that this information is probably also true for conditioners but have not seen any reviews of the various conditioners to prove or disprove that. When medicated shampoos are indicated there is some variation between the availability of some ingredients between pet shampoos and people shampoos so it is important to follow your vet's recommendations if a medicated shampoo is called for. Just go to the folder where the file you want to work with is, and from the prompt, type in:
PKZIPFIX filename.zip (and hit enter)
