. I have some mental problems myself.take four drugs.for depression and pain and sleep..I get bad sometimes.but I have always known the Spirit of God is with me.and helps me.and with faith I come out of my bad times. I have.I am in a lot of pain also and boy ow boy I had a week of just terrible pain. couldn't hardly get up out of bed.but when I suffer. for me it brings me closer to the spirit for some reason.I don't know why or how.this is.please just keep on having faith.theres a passage in the bible about how people that suffer are close to the spirit. life is not so good sometimes and we suffer and I don't know why. but you just plain out just have to suffer through it. but theirs hope, theres prayer. theres the knowing that the spirit and God is with you and Christ is there also.faith and love in God is the key for me to have peace and comfort and rest and the knowledge of true spiritual realizations that are mine thru the spirit.from God..please keep the faith dear one. I will pray with faith tonight that the spirit of God will help you thru this time of having problems of the mind and nerves.I wish I could help you more then just prayer, but I read in the newspaper how being prayed for helped people in the hospital who were sick. and the people that didn't get prayed for did nt get better like the ones that did get prayed for.by fourty % better. it said in that articule. so prayer is a real force and it is being sent your way, this prayer of mine for you that you will be much better by tomorrow..Things will be much better for you very soon. I feel it . I know it. . your going to be much better by tommorow. Sleep tight.and sweet dreams .and I wish these people who say prayer doesnt help could have seen those number of supernatural miracles I have seen..one saved my father. one saved my mother and one saved me. and each one was a true honest to God miracle that no one could possibly say it wasnt if they were there. even a doctor said the healing of my father was a true miracle.and please read over again what Esther said..

just calm down and know that the Lord is listening and he cares! you are never alone and he will always be with you no matter what happens. the best form of prayer is when you are honest with the Lord and tell him exactly what is on your mind. there is no greater prayer than an honest one. tell him how scared you are and that you need his help and you need him to get you through this bad time. he will do whatever is best for you and he is always listening no matter what. i will pray for you too and feel free to email me if you need someone to talk too.

"God grant me the Serenity to accept the things i cannot change,
Courage to change the things i can,
And the Wisdom to know the difference."

It's the only one i know, but i think it may be one of-if not the most important prayer to help us cope with just about anything and just get through life. It's kind of a mantra that i live by. Hopefully, it could help you too.

Don't let the doubters lie to you. Prayer does make a difference. I know--it helped heal my heart disease. I just prayed for you, that God will give you peace and courage. Hang in there. He loves you and he IS GOOD.

I was just about to say that relying on superstition nonsense can't help anyone. But I suppose such nonsense endures because we can all feel lonesome and crazy at times.
Talk to someone. A councillor, an aunt or uncle, or a lecturer. Maybe you should talk to a doctor. But don't keep it all in.

Here are some prayers to St. Dymphna for mental disorders.

Lord, our God, you graciously chose Saint Dymphna as patroness of those afflicted with mental and nervous disorders. She is thus an inspiration and a symbol of charity to the thousands who ask her intercession.

Please grant, Lord, through the prayers of this pure youthful martyr, relief and consolation to all suffering such trials, and especially those for whom we pray. (Here mention those for whom you wish to pray).

Are you a born again Christian? Submit yourself to God, resist the devil, and he must flee. Say "the Lord rebuke you" to these thoughts. The bible says to take every thought captive to Jesus Christ. When these things come against you, remember the example of Jesus in the desert being tempted by satan. What did He do? He used the word of God. Therefore, use the word of God. Ask Jesus to protect you, in His name, that no weapon formed against you will prosper. Greater is He that is in you (God) than he that is in the world (satan), and remember that God does not give us a spirit of fear, but of love, confidence, and a sound mind. I pray that God protect you, in Jesus' name, against any spirits coming against you that are not of God.
