I wanted to shave my anus also. Just use a razor and bend over and start shaving inside the crack. You won't cut yourself and you don't need cream. You can use soap to shave with. It shaves nicely.

You should remove the unwanted hair as painfully as possible. Possibly tweezers?
If you're sick of wiping, you should install a little hose attached to the water feed to your toilet. I've got one, it's great. You'll never have to wipe again.

Have it waxed, painful for a short time I bet but that would get the job done. Or you can find someone to shave it for you?

go to an asian beauty salon and have them wax off your hair in your anus area.. and while you ar at it, ask them to wax your pubes too

Use your wife/girlfriends tweezers. Just don't wipe your @ss if it bothers you that much.
