It is entirely dependant upon where you live.
In this area, $45/hour for the size you want, without amenities. If you want a hot tub, a bar, television, video game console, DVD player, etc, it will be significantly more.
When I was in Indianpolis, a limo for 7 people cost us $80/hour, plus the alcohol that we drank. We took a 2 hour tour around the town and paid $250 for an excellent time. The chaffeur was knowledgable, and show us the winery, and many hot spots around the city. Friday night, I took a horse drawn carriage around the downtown area, and it was about $100, but the woman who drove the carraige was also a great tour guide.

I live in Orlando and here they are 60.00 dollar a hour. The best thing to do is get a phone book and call around and tell each limo company that you got a quote for a lower price and sometime they will match that price
