i need to loose a bit of weight so i can wear a skirt confidently without people saying "did you see how fat her legs are?" and yes people do say that.. they said that to my classmate

To get great legs (not neccesarily thin) you need to do a series of toning, cardio (aerobic) and light weight lifting.
Some cardios you can do are dancing, water aerobics, biking, running and the such.

Do anything you can do that incorperates your legs (you know excersises that have you legs doing most of the work)
do leg lifts, run, dance, swim and much much more
