I'm a really shy person. Anyway, I've sorta noticed a sophomore who is shy as well. He'll stare at me whenever we pass each other between periods. I remember like a week ago, when we were doing our usual running in the morning, he kept turning his head back at me. My questions is: Does he like me?
p.s. I've NEVER talked to him before. I don't think I'd ever have the guts to walk up to him and ask him if he really likes me.

the only problem about approaching him is that i'm EXTREMELY shy. I'll never talk to someone sitting next to me in class. This guy is a year older than i am and i really can't ask a friend to find out if he likes me because none of my friends know him.

well, i think you should make the first move. i know it can be hard the first step is always harder.. but you don't want to give up an opportunity to meet some one new maybe he wants you to make the move.. but then again you got to ask yourself am i looking at him a lot and he notices it.because you might be freaking him out..then again he might be thinking the same thing. taking chances in life are sometime scary but you never want to ask yourself "what if" .. take the chance you never know what can become of it... good luck

He probably thinks you are cute and maybe he would like to talk to you.
Don't walk up to him though, especially if you are shy because if he doesn't, it might upset you more.
If you are interested in him, what you can do is smile and say hi to him when you pass by him. If he is indeed interested in you in any way, after a couple times, he might actually stop and talk. Remember, he could be a shy person too and not sure how to approach you.

Ha! Im having the same problem! Except me and this guy have talked to each other but since we dont have classes together anymore we dont talk we just stare from a distance!

Hmm, he looks back eh? Does he turn away when you catch him looking at you? If he does he is DEFINATLY interested and if you like him I suggest you find a reason to talk to him and flirt.
DONT ASK HIM IF HE LIKES YOU.
Reason why is that if he is too shy to make the first move, he is also definatly to shy to make a move and there will be a very fat chance that he will say no and brush you off.

he probably does but you should probably talk to him and become his friend first i have found that people who were friends first last longer and you should probably get to know him before dating him so your heart doesn't get broken if you guys start dating right away and find out you don't really like each other
