He's older than 40 and I am just 16.

I admit I do love him....and he knows this. He is very nice to me. If you read the other topic I made, you'll know that he has winked at me several occasions whenever I had told him bye (I say bye to him as a way of flirting after each class.)

I remember once while going to say bye to him, it was just me and him there and as he came over to me he grabbed my hand and said bye. I refused to let go, lol. He just smiled and shook it off. I told him to give it back to me, he said no and that he's tormenting me. Then me and him had a nice conversation in the hallway about school.

Then another time, more recently, as he spoke to me I noticed he spit while talking (some people do that), I told him he spit on me, he said he's sorry and I say, "It's a blessing." *Me using a Flirting skill* He turns around, smiles and says, "Is it?" Then, "Thank you, thank you for everything." Then we exchange byes. God he's so nice.

He's single (From what I know.)

I gave him a total of 5 hugs, all which were un-needed. I even gave him a note, before the end of the school term, that said I loved him. How cute, I know.

And my opinion will not change. I want him. Just because you think it's sick, does not mean I do. Nothing will change my opinion. I'm just waiting until I am 18, to get serious.

If you flirt with your teacher, leave it at that, because it is not a good situation if you or he takes it any further. 16 and 40 something is never right. You will be very smart if you avoid any romantic feelings are developed. Can you say pedophile??? Yes, that's what it is, so don't enable it.

ok it's cool that your getting close to teachers, it's a nice thing to have, however this isn't cool, I know in the future if you get too deep, you'll end up say'n screw all of ya's. I hope that your not takeing this on a level w/ him. He's 40, think of the future. You like wha? 30 he'll be freak'n old enough to fart dust.... color dust if he eats anything in color!!!! not only that but your too young kid, well your actally near adult, try to cutt down on the flirts, try to cut down so that it'll end up not becomeing flirts, or flirts only for fun and not pursuing anything. It's best, so that your teach won't end up in jail, You wanna see him don't give him the tittle of child milester. sorry I made it seem like I'm a jerk but that's what I'm getting from this. And I wanna see you happy.

That really isn't a nice position to put your teacher in. Think about one of your friends flirting with your dad ... basically the same thing. I had one of my classmates chatting up my dad once; it was both amusing and disturbing. It is hardly perverted for a guy to be attracted to sexed up teens, but its his job to be your teacher not your lover.

Give the guy a break and lay off him a bit. It must be difficult enough to work with a whole bunch of underaged girls dressing to impress without girls like you flirting with them. Your the one teasing him, since he's the one who would lose his job for making a move on you.

I'm sure he's a really nice guy, so let him be a really nice guy. Him flirting with you would be highly inappropriate, so don't leave that door open.

Your 16 and, "Using a flirting skill?" What the hell are you thinking? Then if he makes a move, you scream rape or get the guy accused of sexual harassment. You both have crossed the lines. So what a stupid question your asking because your flirting with disaster for him and you. Get a clue.

i don't think he is... it's weird but he's proabably just trying to be nice. He's too old and if you got him into any kind of relationship he could get a crapload of problems with the law on him. If you care about him stay away. It will ruin his good name and his life even if the charges are never proven. Don't do it. Just leave him alone or keep it purely friendship.

Your teacher may be flirting with you but it will amount to NOTHING PERIOD. If a relationship developed he would lose his job and GO TO JAIL for a long time. No way around that. Forget your fantasies and get a guy your age. He's old enough to be your father.

Dear you really need to get a grip. You are infatuated with him, not in love - and trust me - if he is thinking about you in a romantic way - he is WAY OUT OF LINE, and will be prosecuted. That being said, you need to back off. Stop with the "flirting". It's likely all he's seeing in you is a cutesy little student. Please don't even think about it anymore and find someone your own age.

If a 40 plus year old teacher is flirting with a 16 year old, there's a problem.
