Stop thinking your fat

If you're deliberately doing this to diet, then this is called bulemia, and it's really serious. You may not remember Karen Carpenter, a lovely girl with a beautiful singing voice, part of a duet called "The Carpenters" which was popular in the 70's... she died tragically of bulemia simply because she thought she was fat when she was really veryvery thin.

You need to see your doctor, who will hold this information in confidence, and offer you treatment.

You can also eat small portions of food, and determine to not vomit it. Eat these micro meals every 2-3 hours. Each time you keep something down, look at yourself in the mirror and imagine yourself being crowned Miss America because you've achieved something wonderful and good for your body.
If you go a whole day without vomiting, award yourself something tangible, like a gold star in your journal, a half-hour bubble bath, or something you enjoy doing. I mentioned keeping a journal... it's a good way to keep yourself accountable, and never lie to it.

Good luck! You're worth it!

You need to recognize that this is a problem!! Don't eat large meals, eat a little less. Stifle the feeling that you need to get rid of the food. Just don't throw up. Do something anything to preoccupy yourself. Don't try to do this all on your own. Get help from family, friends, people you trust. There are many things you can do to help yourself.

When I went to SeaWorld I threw up on a porpoise but I realized that I didn't really want to throw up but I just wanted to get attention from all the people that were around that didn't even know I even existed until I threw up. That's when I realized that I didn't want to force myself to throw up anymore just to get other people to recognize me. Now I weigh 170 lbs instead of 107 lbs. and feel so much better. People respect me now and treat me like a real person. I found out that I just had to be me.

Eat small meals. Eat every 3 hours.
Eat foods that are NOT processed. That is foods that are NOT in a box or foods in a plastic pouch.

Stop initiating the gag reflex. This is a very serious illness and you may need to talk with a counselor.

This is serious. You may die of malnutrition, erode your esophagus and wear away the enamel on your teeth. Please see a compatible competent psychiatrist to help you with your self esteem. You owe this to yourself and those that love you.
