I use Apple Cider Vinegar from the health food store. I use it straight and put it in a little cup and use a clean washcloth to dab in there. Ive also heard you can use an eyedropper with ACV {apple cider vinegar} and put 0ne or two drops in each ear-bi weekly. Check out the AWESOME website below that has many home-remedies for pet ailments!

I got this from healthhappydogs.com Hope it helps. The website offers additional info. if this isn't exactly what you needed. Good luck.
*Clean the ears with vinegar it removes dirt and helps restore a healthy chemical balance in the ears.
Diluted vinegar works well. When using vinegar, pour a small amount into the ear canal, massage the area, then gently wipe the inside of the ear with a cotton ball. Do this once a day until the ear is better.
*Stop infections with pau d'arco - The herb pau d'arco, which comes from the inner bark of a South American tree, is a natural antibiotic that quickly kills fungi and bacteria. At the first sign of infection, mix equal parts pau d'arco tincture and mineral oil and put several drops in your pet's ears. Give the drops two or three times a day for several days.
*Reduce inflammation with vitamin C - The adrenal glands produce a natural steroid that can help reduce inflammation when ears get infected. Giving pets vitamin C can help the adrenal glands work more efficiently. Pets weighing under 15 pounds can take between 100 and 250 milligrams of vitamin C a day. Cats and dogs 15 to 50 pounds can take 250 to 500 milligrams a day, and larger dogs can take 500 milligrams two or three times a day. Vitamin C can cause diarrhea, so you may have to cut back the dose until you find an amount that your pet will tolerate.
*Eliminate toxins with a healthy, all natural diet - Giving your pet a healthy, homemade diet or high quality commercial food that doesn't contain corn, additives or preservatives can greatly reduce the amount of wax that the ears produce, while also helping to boost the immune system.
*Air out the ears - Increasing air circulation inside the ears can control the growth of bacteria, yeast and fungi. Trim or pluck hair inside the ears periodically to allow more air to get inside.

The suggestion of a solution of white vinegar and water is the way to do this.
The people that suggested peroxide are WRONG............
NEVER put peroxide in a dogs ears it will BURN THE EARDRUM.......
use a cotton ball NOT a q-tip.
Put the vinegar and water solution on the cottonball and clean out the dogs ear carefully.
do this daily and it will help with the yeast infection. ONCE AGAIN DO NOT GO TO DEEP,

if you haven't taken her to the vet how do you know it's yeast? do you have a microscope and looked at the gunk in her ear? if not you need to take her to the vet. any home remedy can cause added problems. and now you have to take her in and it' s going to be way more expensive to fix what you've done. if you dog has ear problems they are miserable, and gone untreated can and will cause the ear drum to rupture. a basic exam is usually around $40 and the human society is even cheaper. if you cannot afford this you should not have the dog.

God no don't do any of these things... you need to take it to the vet for a ear swab.. Once they tell you what it is they can prescribe a medication something like Otomax, or confite w/dex.
Then get on a regular schedule of cleaning your dogs ears with a solution that your vet will have it is cheap and lasts a long time.
Everything else people have suggested could permanently damage your dogs ears. Peroxide will burn like hell...

My pekingese has a yeast problem on his skin. I use ChlorhexiDerm medicated shampoo once a month and bathe him completely. Leave on for 5 or 10 minutes. If I don't, he will develop scratching and scratch until eventually it will bleed. Then he has to get an antibiotic if he breaks the skin. So, this is great preventive medicine plus takes care of it if they already have it. Get it online.

Take her to the vet. There are several things it could be, so don't go dumping things in her ears, you might really have a serious problem then.
