Calendula Cream, from a health food store. It's homeopathic and knits tissue incredibly fast, it is also a mild antiseptic, safe for babies.
I have used it with miraculous effect on decubitis ulcers on bed ridden patients.

PINXAV. it is the best i have found. recommended by my pediatrician. if they don't sell it in the stores near u they have it on eBay. since they may not sell it near u, i suggest using neosporin.
