Well, lets see...he stands close and talks...now there is a big hint. And he smiles---then he might hit you---wow what a man. The playful touching is either his insecurity or just plain disrespect for you. Nobody should just be standing around and touching--NOT acceptable for a grown up way to act,,,maybe he's just nervous and young. Sounds like you need to say hi and smile---then move on and lure a more adult mature man for a relationship. God this was easy.

Honey most likely he does. Next time you are around him check out his body composition, is he standing with his body towards you, or far away? Does he pay a special amount of attention to you, or is he open with everyone? Does he stare at your lips when you talk? Or does he stutter when he is around you? yes my last boyfriend was so shy and did that sort of stuff. I had a crush on him, and really really liked him. So i just looked at him one day and asked him out. he told me he had been wanted to do it for a while.
yeahh hes prolly just shy.
i would ask around and if u like him ask him out!

yes he likes you,talk to him about things he likes to do,a hobby ,music and he won't be so shy much longer,sometimes guys need a strong person to get them through this stage

yea he likes you, thats how i was when i met my gurl, every time i seen her i could stop smiling, i still had to make the first move cuz we both were shy, but i mean if you like him too then just ask him dose her like you cuz im pretty sure he dose
