Don't eat oily foods. From an evolutionary standpoint, we were meant to eat the things eaten that are found in nature - fresh fruits, veggies, whole grains, etc. Mankind added grease, preservatives, artificial flavorings that your body had to adapt to over time. It's better to eat the healthier, natural things and not make your body sick.

go to a gnc or vitamin shop and ask to get a body cleanse kit or something to clean the liver because maybe Ur liver is dirty cant take any more grease and just expulses any greasy food u add to the already toxin filled and greasy liver if not go to doc

First off, don't eat it. Your stomach obviously can not digest it well. Instead, try eating baked or grilled dishes, rather something greasy, like fast food.
