im am very happy with my body except for my thighs. they r really big. wat kind of exercise can i do to reduce their size and make my leg smaller?

Try spinning classes, it works well for those areas, especially if you have saddlebags

If you're female you should just get used to it. Women generally have big thighs and hips and butts, I think it's hot. Especally when girls wear those short khaki shorts... It looks dumb when a girls legs are so skinny they don't fill the leg opening completely. Thick thighs are good, as long as it's muscle and not cottage cheese thighs.

There's no such thing as "spot reduction", you need to get in better shape all over. Also, unless you are unusually muscular you can't have big legs without the rest of you being in bad shape if you're a woman. Watch what you eat and exercize and in 6 months you'll look much better.

Some Lower body excercises would consist of
squats, plies, curtsies, lunges, hydrants and many more which you can do a variationof for great results.
Also Biking and swimming sculpt a good butt.

Walking and dancing are both good. Can you go to a gym? They have machines for the thighs. I carry my weight there too and it is a lot of work to get them thinned down.Good luck.

get a workout video called buns of steel or buns and thigh full 12 minute workout or something like that

Change the fat into muscle by working out. Then you'll be toned.
