Uh, I would think that if you currently have a bleeding ulcer you might want to seek medical attention.

I too have ulcers. Here is what has worked for me. I always carry saltines with me. Sometimes when my stomach starts hurting, if I eat a cracker or two it helps. Also eat small meals during the day, not 2 or 3 big ones. No acidic foods such as tomatoes, oranges, lemons, limes and this includes the juices from acidic foods too. Do not eat anything spicy. That can prove to be quite painful. I have had ulcers off and on for 20 years and am now on medication for a full year to cut down on my stomach acids to see if it will help to get rid of the ulcers.
Stick to a bland diet, lots of milk, no alcohol or caffeine products. Nothing with acids in them. Nothing spicy.

Ulcers are almost always an infection. You need to see your doctor and be tested for antibodies to h. pylori bacteria, which the culprit. That infection needs to be treated with antibiotics.
If you're actually bleeding, GET TO AN ER, STAT!!

diet for a peptic ulcer should include foods that cause minimal gastric acid. Milk, cream, butter, fruits, fresh raw and boiled vegetables, natural foods, and natural vitamin supplements constitute the best diet.

Drink milk and eat bland foods such as rice and toast. Avoid spicy foods in particular. Also, acidic foods like tomatoes will probably not be good.
