I would at least call your vet,,I had chihuahua puppies a few yrs ago and I never saw that on any of them..Please keep a close eye on him or her..those are the most sweetest dogs ever..When your not sure,,it's always best to at least call or visit the vet..Answers here are great but ,things like this need to be addressed by a vet...Please let me know how puppy is doing..i would love chihuahuas but they are hard to find where I live...so please take very good care of him or her....

maybe, maybe not. is the pup acting normal. is it moving and nursing and has mom cleaned the pup up? the green is the fluid in the sac of the pups waste products. you need to keep a close eye on mom and the pups and if you notice anything not normal call a vet immediatly.

If the puppy is breathing and eating, it's probably fine. It's possible it pooped during delivery. Make sure it didn't breath it in and if it appears to have any problems, call the vet.

I'm not sure it might be the excess stuff from the labor but to be sure take it and the rest to vet.
