As you can see under the title "moto al seguito", it's possible to bring the scooter in the same train you're travelling or also to load it on a different train. The cost of its transport to London will cost you € 120 (being farer than 950 kms).

It seems that the service from London to Italy is not existing;then I don't kow if it's possible to do the inverse journey.
I guess you may ask also to Trenitalia (they've this service inside the Italian territory and should know more than me).
