Yeah, that's funny. It's so typical of these morons not to get the joke. But if you really wanted to, you could go to a scalper. You'd probably get a really bad exchange rate, but hey. What else are foodstamps good for? Food? What's that?

no. you can't buy alcohol with foodstamps, anywhere. ever.
I doubt the concert vendors would take foodstamps for anything at all.

Are you serious? If you have enough money to go to a concert, you shouldn't be on foodstamps. You are not allowed alcholic berverages or cigarettes on food stamps.
