I really like this guy at school but idk what to do. hes cool and in the popular sporty group and im in the normal every day group ,in school, but we're friends and we talk a lot when his "cool" friends arent around. im not going to directly tell him i like him cuz that never works....HELP!

I was popular when I was in highschool, and I never liked normal girls....I like them but I never was dating one, do something special, like.... dressing.... different, and.... be cool :p

You need to become friends with his "cool" friends, plain and simple. Specifically, the males. As a result, he'll be more comfortable talking to you when others are around, and slight jealously on his part will make him more attracted to you.
Haven't you noticed that there are certain "popular" girls who really aren't very pretty? They don't get this way by targeting one guy and shying away from the rest.

I would like to first say that I am 36 and I have had a lot of life experiences. This being said, I want to tell you that it is all a bunch of crap. Tell him that you are interested in him. If he is at all interested in you, he will let you know. The truth is that there is no way around this. Not telling him that you like him will not make him like you any more or less. I actually met many girlfriends because they initiated the interest. So, I know it sucks to be shy.... so am I and so are most of the people in this world. But, believe me when I tell you, he will not like you any less just because you let him know that you are interested..... if anything he will be more interested in you. Good luck.

its really anoying when u have a thing for a guy at school and he is all u can think about and u just want to hold him and kiss him even screw his brains out lol bt yeah i no what u mean its been a whiel since iv been in school bt i remeber the only chance i had of getting the guys i wanted ..(coz i was in the normal cround not the slutty or popular bitches) was at parties when they were drunk bt then they didnt really like me they just wanted to hook up so least i got to see how they kiss
any ways its hard coz if he is like really popular and ur just normal then depending on what kind of guy he is he would probibly choose a s.lut over u its harsh bt thats just how it is babe
just stay friends with him for a whiel and see if he starts to flirt with u n stuff if he does then u neva no try hooking up with him at a party or some thing then he mite want to date u ...and remember if u can hold out when school is over they will be with any one coz their is like no ranking of who is cool rich slutty and not so cool rich and slutty

so if he only talks to you when his "cool" friends aren't around...don't waste your time on him. but if he's cool with you all the time...regardless of who might be around...you should flirt with him and drop hints. like do the little touchy feely kinda stuff and tease a bit (inside jokes are goooooddd!)...but don't go too overboard with the flirting. he should get the hint then...good luck!

become im buddies.. then his "cool"friends wont be around... or just go over and sit down at their lunch table, adn see how he handles it... u should get a pretty good sense of how he feels about u then... good luck!
