Like is it ur biceps or yur triceps?

You've got to have both if you want real Guns. Your triceps are equally as important as your biceps. If you only work one of the muscle groups, you'll have a muscular imbalance. Your triceps are actually bigger than your bi's, too.

On top of that, you've got to make sure you work both muscle groups from different angles. There are 2 muscles in your biceps, and three in your triceps. If you want to look buff, you'll need to have full, symmetrical arms. Otherwise you'll look like one of those people that have no idea what they are doing.

Realistically, you should work your entire body to actually be buff.
If your arms are the only part of you that's buff, it'll look weird. It's all about proportion.

Triceps are what make your arms look big, not so much biceps. Biceps are good to build up, tho', especially when that vein starts showing up.

Its your biceps and the muscles underlaying them. Dont forget the deltoid on the shoulder, that gets buff too.

Yesss!!! on the right round your shoulder evidently "buff" At your wrist you do not seem buff in any respect. yet you do have some muscle. the veins popping out seem mucslily.try engaged on getting a sixpack. they are horny as Hell! i Loveee Them. yet in case you get one Please dont bragg about it. Its so unatractive at the same time as adult adult males brag about there muscular tissues and looks. (:

both, but generally, you want more more bicepts.
also, shoulders and chest wouldnt hurt
