I will be a bridesmaid in a wedding this year and have to choose my own dress...can anyone recommend some good websites I can look at? I have never had to do this before! :-) Thanks!

Those are great ones especially jordans fashions and dessy they have elegant dresses for decent prices. Also try http://www.theknot.com and browse through their bridesmaid dress gallery. Good luck!

The places Ive seen as answers can be pretty expensive for bridesmaids dresses. I looked at all those and more but wanted my bridesmaids to have an inexpensive but nice dress that they could possibly wear again. My maid of honor recommended www.chadwicks.com and look at their bride/bridesmaids/mother of the bride section. Their dresses are really nice, they have a good selection of colors, and they are a fair price...plus you can get matching shoes!

You don't have to find dresses online, and frankly I wouldn't suggest it. Every designer has different sizes. A 12 for one designer could be an 8 for another. All you have to do is find the dress or a few dresses you like and go onto the website and find out where they sell the dress. The sites will give you a huge list of where you can find their dresses and then your girls can physically go there and be measured. This will insure that the dress fits properly. Alfred Angelo is a very popular designer that is sold nationwide. I used him for my girls dresses and they were beautiful.

Well are you picking everyone's or are you picking yours? If you are picking everyones you can go to Davidsbridal.com or jordanfashions.com. If you are only picking yours then head for the store sale racks!! If it is just a dress for only you then just go shopping at elderbearman, jcpenny, macy's... anywhere that has formal dresses. you can save $$ on the dress at those types of places.

If you go to http://www.davidsbridal.com they have an interactive thing you can do that you can pick the size of the bridesmaid, try different outfits on her, change hair color, shoes, jewelry, etc... i found it helpful!!!

Just go to the dress your wedding tab... that is how you get to it!

I would try www.edensbridal.com. They are realatively inexpensive and if you pick certain styles you can have your dress in as little as two weeks thanks to their in stock program. I am using them for my wedding and LOVE their dresses for the most part.
