Usually we hear of 25-100 people per day being killed by bombs. Why is there no reports of major death by bombs in Iraq in the last few weeks? Is this a Right Wing Conspiracy to support more troops going into Iraq, the media not to report on the curious peace? I checked Iraq.net again today and no mayhem there. What is going on?

Wow. Why are you liberals so negative? Do you want more people to die so you can point your fingers at our president some more? Do get pleasure out of other people's suffering? Maybe nothing has been reported cause there is nothing to report.

I am not sure, but I think that we are in a Holy month for the Islam religion so for this month at least it should be quite. Look for it to intensify right after the Holy month is over. That is why Bush wants to add 11,000 more troops quickly during the lull in action to help minimize the violence once the month is over. It was just like in Europe in the Medieval age when Easter and Christmas where considered times of peace and love.

Maybe the supply of suicide bombers is running low. There has been a certain amount of ethinic relocation (not genocide) where once mixed neighorhoods are now being segreagated and that may have the effect of lessening the ability of suicide bombers to infiltrate opposing areas.
