Depends on what kind of music gets you pumped up. I prefer Metallica, ACDC, Dropkick Murphys, Guns N Roses, System of a Down. I find that the louder it is, and the more screaming it has, the more I want to work out. Hope this helps.

i prefer songs like...Eye of the Tiger, Chariots of Fire, Take it to the Limit, Born to Run, Walkin in Memphis, you can go your own way...but, then again, I mostly listen to these when I run, not pump iron :) good luck! try a radio and see what station/ type of music gets you goin the most and then make a cd of that or something..~
