When I called a land line it rang once and then said all circuits were busy...was my call blocked? or was there just no call waiting? Please help...I was calling my ex-boyfriends house, we recently had a fight and broke up but we are still friends and starting to talk again.

Your call wasn't blocked. That is another message. Try it again.

That's what it sounds like when all circuits are busy. You will get a short ring and then the operator message. If you call back, sometimes you may just get a fast busy tone. You can try placing an operator assissted call and they'd be able to tell you if it was really all circuits busy or not. Plus, they can usually get a call to go through their circuits even if your direct dial is having trouble.

I get that sometimes. I think with call block it tells you they are not accepting calls right now. Sometimes I think the lines all get jammed or something and then you wait a few seconds and call back and can get through. Try again and see what it says or if it rings.
