The bible says the meek will inherit the earth (Matthew 5:5 Psalms 37:11) . The righteous will inherit the earth (Psalms 37:29). A new earth and new heaven (2 Peter 3:13). They will build houses (Isaiah 65:21-23)
Earth remain forever (Psalms 104:5 Isiaiah 45:18 Psalms 68:79)

So the Earth will be here forever and righteous people will live on it so how would that happen if all good people went to heaven as claimed by the churches?

I'm a troll Jesus said his kingdom is not of this earth is because this earth is wicked and will not be his until it is cleansed of all badness when Jesus defeats Satan's rule over it.

The scriptures in my question detail show very earthly hope for God's righteous humans. After all God already has miriads of angels and since He create the Earth in the first place to be inhabited by humans I am sure God original intentions of a paradise earth remain. Psalms 115:15-16
The scriptural evidence is massive.

Andrew M why do you refute scriptures not just in one place but it is themed throught out the Bible. Have you not read that even christian sinners by birth can be holy.
1 Peter 1:14-16 As obedient children, quit being fashioned according to the desires you formerly had in your ignorance, but, in accord with the Holy One who called you, do you also become holy yourselves in all your conduct, because it is written: “you must be holy, because I am holy.”
Even sinners can be holy because we are imperfect and God gives repentant faithful followers grace.

Esther: "
No, a new heaven and a new earth does not mean that they are cleansed of wickedness. God means precisely what He said. Once again, a Jehovah's Witness wrests the scripture.

Of course we will be on earth; the bible says that we will rule and reign with Jesus Christ during His millennial reign. We shall also be with Jesus in heaven.

JW's need to stay away from the Watchtower and get into their bibles. "

you are contradicting yourself quite a tad much.

Esther you spout dislike yet you have no scriptural proof of anything you said.

Do not blame JW's of what is recorded in scripture. The scriptures I gave and even more are throughout the Holy Bible.

Hey Edith, go stifle yourself. I am tired of you and your idiotic brain. Why don't you go pull the wings off of flies or something? This would suite you better. And keep you away from good people.

Try looking at the Bible as a whole next time rather than picking out specific verses out of context to support an idea. Don't trust any organized group of people regardless of the why they are organized. Trust individuals not groups. I'm a Christian and I don't trust the church. Your question is flawed because there's no such thing as a good person. We have all sinned from time to time and a single sin is all it takes for eternal damnation. Your uninformed view of Christianity didn't allow you to ask a pertinent question.

Those that have accepted Jesus Christ as their Saviour and repent for their sins will go to Heaven. No amount of charity, helpfulness, good will, or treating other people nicely will get you into heaven. In summary the only way to be saved is by faith, through the grace of God.

Well it's like this. If you die before Jesus comes back you go to be with Him in Heaven to hang out before He returns for the resurrection.

Philippians 1:22 If I am to live in the flesh, that means fruitful labor for me. Yet which I shall choose I cannot tell. (23) I am hard pressed between the two. My desire is to depart and be with Christ, for that is far better.

Heaven is a word that means "paradise", we will never go to actual heaven where God reighns at the moment. Heaven is like washington, DC. Instead we will go to a place free of sin that is mean't for the human soul, Heaven is the dwelling of God. We will inherit heaven or paradise.

Church people are all mixed up on that.

Jesus said "Not everyone that saith unto me 'Lord Lord" will enter into the Kingdom of Heaven, but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in Heaven."

Yet the Baptists say all you do is the special incantation and you are automatically saved. What rubbish.

You speak of the earth. But don't forget, Jesus said "My kingdom is not of this earth."
