The two of you have a very real passion for each other and give yourselves to it. This will not happen to her with every sexual partner she has - only when there is a true passion between her partner and herself. It is not something that can happen without this passion, this emotional connection and chemistry.
She means that the next day when she thinks about particular moments during and specific things that you did with her during sex, she gets chills/shivers through her neck and spine!
