What is the name of the nude woman holding a sign on the sign of the street?

I have seen a poster (photograph) of a woman, holding a sign, on the side of a street. I was thinking it was someone famous, such as Marilyn Monroe, but searching art.com brings nothing. It may be a scene out of a movie. The woman is mostly covered with the sign, and I believe the scene is somewhere famous. Anyone know what I am talking about??

Thanks for the quick responses - the picture is similar to what i am thinking of, but the woman is holding a sign over her front. Maybe the picture I'm thinking of is a copied idea of the Madonna picture?

I started to think Drew Barrymore, but again nothing found on art.com .

I did see this at a Prints Plus poster store a year or so ago, but haven't seen since.

i have seen the picture...may even have it in one of the too many books in my library...but for the life of me i cannot recall the information you desire...it wasn't marilyn monroe, it was someone lesser known, more of a supporting actress, not a star.

Many years ago an actress name Sherry North, posed with a sign. Could have been her.
