by picking her up at work or in school. spending time and talking a lot over the phone.. and it is more on actions rather than just talking....make the moves that your heart and mind wants you to do for this particular person...but be careful what you ask for because it might be yours..ok

I try to get as close to her as possible without showing I really like her. I try to be likeable and make her like me. Once I feel she does, I try to get close to her and ask her out.
