Welcome!

If you like fast food, Harvey's is Canadian - it's a typical burger joint. Swiss Chalet is a family restaurant that serves chicken and ribs. Lick's makes a better burger than Harvey's. But if you really want quality food, try some of the mom and pop restaurants and diners. The prices will be similar but the quality and service is WAY better.

For ice cream, look up Greg's on Bloor St W. It's all made right at the store and flavours change all the time. It's FAB!

If you like more ethnic foods, try anywhere in Chinatown. Or go to the Danforth for greek. Littly Italy for some amazing pasta dishes. Explore the neighbourhoods and go where the locals eat!

Pick up a Toronto magazine or newspaper and look at restaurant reviews for more ideas.

Have fun!

There are lots of places here that the US doesn't have, but Licks has the best burgers.
